Due to its quiet location, full range of amenities, high living comfort, fast internet connection and pleasant living space, Palmhouse Moraira is ideal for those staying in the area for an extended period — all in a wonderfully relaxed setting under the Spanish sun.

 

Apartment 🏡

Our stylish two-bedroom apartment is located in a small and peaceful complex with beautiful views of palm trees.

What to expect:

  • Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with every convenience: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

  • Bright and cosy living room with Smart TV (no live TV channels) and air conditioning — comfortable all year round.

  • Bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower

  • Two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, shutters, built-in wardrobes and comfortable beds.

    • Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200 cm)

    • Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200 cm)

  • Private parking space right in front of the door — Accessible via a small staircase. Convenient after grocery shopping or a sunny day at the beach.

  • Basement laundry room with washing machine, drying rack and additional storage space for bicycles or (beach) gear.

  • South-facing balcony with a beautiful view of swaying palm trees — the ideal spot for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.

  • A staircase leads up to the sunny roof terrace, also south-facing, with a comfortable lounge set and four sunloungers.

  • From the terrace, you can walk to the pool, just 30 metres away.

Although we love animals, pets are unfortunately not allowed in this apartment.

Palmhouse Moraira is ideal for longer stays, such as for work, study, or a winter period in the sun. The apartment offers everything you need to feel at home right away: a fast internet connection, comfortable living space, and a practical layout. Of course, you can also relax by the pool, explore the charming town center, or simply enjoy the sun on the balcony — we hope you can fully unwind here and recharge your energy.

De goede ligging en het smaakvol ingericht huis en terras voelen als thuis. Het huis is koel zonder de airco. Elke dag uitgerust wakker worden op een prima matras is gewoon heerlijk.
We hadden tijdens ons verblijf geen bovenburen, hopelijk blijft dat zo. Zwembad is ook een pluspunt alsook de …

Het enige wat wij misten waren 2 opklapbare strandstoeltjes om mee te nemen naar het strand.
De eigenaren waren blij met deze tip en zouden dit regelen :)
